Quality of SAREMCO Bones Products 

SAREMCO Bones produces all bones products according to international standards; Quality of our products is recognized by different manufacturers across the World.  Our bones are extracted from healthy animals that are slaughtered in approved slaughterhouses to produce SRM free degreased bones. Our products are much famous worldwide and especially in European countries like Finland, Germany and South East Asian Countries like Japan, South Korea and in USA for their remarkable results.

SAREMCO Bone Ash is obtained by calcinating degelatinized bone up to a temperature of approximately 1100 °C. Afterwards, the bone ash is cooled and milled (minimum of 95% through a 325 mesh size sieve).

Sanitary Control
Bones are derived from Healthy Animals (Buffalo, Cow & Cattles) exclusively slaughtered in a slaughterhouse under veterinary control before & after slaughtering & found fit for human consumption.

Elimination of Specified Risk Material 
After unloading of raw bones in degreasing plant, sorting is carried out for the elimination of SRM material i.e. heads including brain, spinal cords, vertebral, eyes & tonsils. Only SRM free material is put under production of bone ash & crushed bones and other bones products.  

Boiling & Oil Separation
In this process we separate oil contents from bones by boiling.

Burning of Bones in incinerator
Now bones are calcinating degelatinized up to a temperature of approximately 1100 °C.

Grinding of Bones in 6mm size
After calcinations & burning of bones, the bone ash is cooled and grinded to 6mm size initially.

Grinding of Bones in 325Mesh
Now after Grinding of bone ash to 6mm now bone ash is grinded to 325 Mesh size.

Finished Product Packing & Storage
SAREMCO Bones has covered storage capacity for more than 1500 Tons at our Factory Area and about 1000 tons at our warehouse. Bone Ash is stored in PP Bag double packing to avoid entering of Moisture contents and Crushed bones are stored separately from other fertilizer products to avoid any risk of contamination. 

Delivery to Clients & Records
All the deliveries are recorded & tracked. Daily production and shipment records are maintained to make corrective measures accordingly.
